Lymington Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) is situated within Lymington New Forest Hospital.

We are a GP led team of nurse practitioners, specialist paramedics, experienced health care support workers, and a dedicated reception team. During our opening hours from 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week we assess and treat or refer acute presentations with minor injuries and minor illnesses for all ages of patients. Our aim is to ensure that we provide a high standard of clinical care to all our patients and to ease the pressures and demands on the local emergency departments.

Important notes:

Please do not call the UTC for clinical advice or advice regarding if you should attend. Due to the demands on the department, our clinicians are unable to speak to you over the phone. Instead please call 111 who can properly discuss your condition and advise you appropriately.

Please note that the Radiology department closes at 8.30pm and no Xrays can be taken after this time. If an Xray is required, you will be asked to return the following morning.
